Perayaan Halloween yang jatuh tanggal 31 Oktober setiap tahun, Hotel Tugu Malang kembali memeriahkan dengan tema "Angels and Demons".

Suasana malam di Melati Restoran memang dikenal sebagai restoran yang paling romantis di Kota Malang. Spesial untuk perayaan Hallowen, Melati Restoran beserta BAN LAM BAR dengan koleksi wine yang sangat lengkap, tak hanya romantis, namun hadir dengan sentuhan–sentuhan “Angels” dan “Demons”.  Alunan musik yang mengalun di antara temaram lampu sambil menikmati menu–menu pilihan, seperti:

Bitter Sweet Sympony of Ghoulish Desire, black bubble, avocado, chilled young coconut served with mocca suce and rhum raisin ice cream.
LOS DRAKULAS, dark purple Koeweh Thok served with mango and young coconut ice cream
FORBIDDEN FRUITS OF EDEN, puff pastry served with mango, dark cherry, pineapple and vanilla ice cream
